Our team of practitioners has deep expertise in organization effectiveness, culture change, executive team alignment, leadership development, executive coaching, people and talent, and diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging. We bring global experience in multiple industries, including tech, biotech, life sciences, consumer products, financial services, retail, professional services, and real estate.

All of our coaches have completed extensive coach training programs, are certified in a variety of assessment tools, and are accredited through the International Coaching Federation.

Natasha Kehimkar, CEO | she-her

Natasha is a strategic advisor and executive coach to organizations around the world. As CEO and founder of Malida Advisors, she helps companies improve their leadership capabilities and culture, so they can meet and exceed their goals. She brings over 25 years of experience leading global human resources, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in multiple industries across six continents. An accomplished speaker and moderator, she presents regularly at in-person and online conferences and events and is a team coaching instructor. She holds a BA in Sociology, a Master's degree in HR and Labor Relations, SPHR and DDI Trainer certifications, professional coach accreditation, and team coaching certification.

Jahnavi Brenner | she-her

Jahnavi is a leadership coach and HR consultant for Malida Advisors. She develops inspiring, confident leaders through her coaching and designs and implements impactful employee programs that result in high-performing teams and engaging workplace cultures. Jahnavi brings 25 years of corporate experience in R&D, Sales, and Human Resources. She has developed leaders at Procter & Gamble, Rally Software, DigitalGlobe, Medtronic, and more. Jahnavi has experience working in Fortune 50 global organizations, scaling companies, as well as smaller tech startups. Jahnavi holds a BS in Chemical Engineering, and an MS in Management and Organization, SPHR certifications, and professional coach accreditations.

Neelam Chand | she-her

Neelam brings over a decade of experience in DEI, having worked with several industries ranging from higher education to financial services and tech startups to break down systemic barriers and design a more equitable workplace environment for historically excluded identities. She has offered thought leadership insights through various platforms including Forbes, Bloomberg Law, Medium, Utah Business Magazine, Utah Bankers Association, and Silicon Slopes, for her expertise around anti-racism, intersectionality, tokenism, microaggressions, and women of color in the workplace. Neelam was most recently recognized as 30 Women to Watch by Utah Business in 2021.

Jessica Erksine | she-her

Jessica is an innate architect, with a passion for partnering with people to transform ideas into reality. A results-focused planner with two decades of experience managing an expansive array of projects, programs, partnerships, and problems, Jessica is skilled at envisioning personalized solutions, synthesizing thoughts into actions, anticipating problems, strategically recruiting support, and executing the desired outcome. With her multifaceted talents, sociable disposition, and clear communication, she delivers quality results, and is an asset to local and virtual teams. She holds a BA in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology from Emory University, and pursued her Master’s of Architecture at Arizona State University.

Judy is a career coach and consultant helping professionals and executives accomplish career goals that drive increased fulfillment in their work. Before launching her practice, Judy worked for nearly 14 years at Stanford University where she held roles in management directing operations of the law school’s clinical education program. Judy brings over 30 years of career success, experience in leadership positions, as well as a mission to help clients find the career happiness they want and deserve. She holds professional coach accreditation as well as certification as an Energy Leadership Index master practitioner. Judy researches and writes on mindset, motivation, stress reduction, and happiness in the workplace.

Jodi is an executive coach and strategic advisor to individuals in all stages of their leadership career. She helps C-level and aspiring executives further hone their capabilities and maximize their potential to impact not only their own performance, but that of their organization. She brings over twenty five years’ experience inspiring both operational and sales teams in a global organization, talent acquisition, leadership development, and business consulting in multiple industries. An accomplished leader, she utilizes her experience, education, and emotional awareness to customize her approach to each client. She holds a BS in Organizational Behavior, an MS in Organizational Development, and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Coach.

Chris Holter | she-her

Chris is a Strategic Advisor and Executive Coach helping leaders, teams and organizations around the world increase revenue, profit and retain top talent by 10xing their performance to goals through conscious leadership. She is a former Fortune 200 Executive and spent two decades with Marriott International as the Vice President of Revenue Strategy for the Caribbean, Latin America Division building the global footprint into a multi-billion-dollar organization, across 35 countries, 18 brands, and overseeing a 200 + team of top-line leaders. Chris holds an MBA in Leadership from the University of Nebraska in partnership with The Gallup Organization, is a Strengths-based Coach, ICF ACC Certified Professional Coach, a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, a IPEC Leadership Core Dynamics Specialist and is pursuing a Master of Conscious Leadership through the Conscious Leadership Institute.

Mark Langlie | he-him

Mark is an accomplished talent leader who is passionate about building high-performance teams that leverage career-building experiences to achieve extraordinary business results. His career spans twenty years and includes both in-house roles and consulting. In addition to holding leadership positions with Fortune 500 staffing firms, Mark built and led talent acquisition functions in small- to mid-sized high-growth companies, including two companies that he supported through IPO, where he was known for growing and developing high performing teams. As a consultant, he has worked with over twenty tech companies. In his advisory work, Mark focuses on personal growth and professional achievement.

Helen Laroche | she-they

Helen is an organizational strategist and HR consultant for Malida Advisors. She guides companies through inflection points of scale and culture change, drawing from over 15 years of industry experience in Sales, Internal Communications, and Human Resources at companies like Google, Lookout and Disqus. With an empathetic and data-supported approach, her career has focused on talent development, employee experience and employee engagement. Helen holds a degree in Music Performance from Carnegie Mellon University, with graduate-level studies in Human Resources Management from UC Berkeley and SHRM certification.

She has more than 30 years of global HR experience as an Executive and Chief People Officer across diverse industries. An expert in talent strategy, building culture, and engaging diverse teams in fast-paced, high-stake environments, Karen demonstrates the courage to tackle the most challenging situations while elevating leaders and teams to achieve lasting results. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business, studied Leadership and Organizational Behavior, and holds a variety of certifications: Professional Coach, Executive Strategic HR, Energy Leadership, EQ-I, The Five Behaviors, MBTI, and Project Management.

Kaeli Quick | she-they

In Kaeli's 11 years of Human Resources experience, she has creatively nurtured and facilitated cultural development at a variety of companies including Disqus, Kabam, Humanity United, and Reddit. Kaeli majored in Mass Communications at UC Berkeley and was the Artistic Director of Endgames Improv in SF, where she taught the art of play to hundreds of adults – including executives from Adobe, Instacart, Twitter, Slack, and Square. Kaeli brings emotional attunement and collaboration to her People & Culture work, continuously seeking to improve teams’ relational awareness, strengthen connectedness in a remote world, and reimagine the possibilities of working together in community.
