Our process

All of our coaches are ICF-certified and bring deep subject matter expertise to help leaders build confidence. We'll shape a solution to fit your goals and current capabilities.

Individual coaching

Includes 18–24 coaching sessions, individual self-assessments, and three stakeholder interviews designed to identify and work through key skills gaps.

Assessments

Administration of Kolbe, Lumina Spark, Working Genius, CCL, and My Excella 360 to understand opportunities and tailor coaching content.

Conflict resolution

Interviews with key stakeholders and 1:1 meetings with relevant leaders to understand the friction. Then, individual and joint coaching sessions with relevant leaders to find a solution and path forward.
